1. Household Goods and Personal Effects
Excluded Cargo:
The following items are EXCLUDED from this policy of insurance:
- Registered motor vehicles and motor cycles.
- Caravans and trailers.
- Watercraft exceeding three metres in length.
- Cash, banknotes, jewellery, precious gems, bullion, stamp or other collections or documents of value.
This policy does not cover loss damage or expense caused by:
- delay
- wear and tear, moth, vermin, normal atmospheric or climatic conditions or inherent vice.
- mechanical, electrical or electronic breakdown or malfunction where there is no external evidence than an insured event has occurred.
- failure to recognise, interpret or process any date or to function correctly as a result of such failure where there is no external evidence than an insured event has occurred.
- loss of data from any computer hardware or software.
- anything nuclear or radioactive
- any chemical, biological, bio-chemical or electromagnetic weapon

2. Frozen Fresh Chilled Goods
Excluded Cargo!
The following items are EXCLUDED from this policy of insurance:
- Household goods and personal effects (Home Removals)
- General Cargo (non-perishable Cargo)
- Motor vehicles, motorcycles, caravans, trailers, campervans, mobile plant or aircraft
- Cash, diamonds, specie, bullion, jewellery, watches and precious and/or semi-precious stones
- Bulk Cargo
Summary of Exclusions
- Exclusions as outlined in the applicable Institute Clauses
- Variation in temperature unless caused by:
- Breakdown of refrigerating machinery resulting in its stoppage for a period of not less than 24 consecutive hours (sea freight only).;
- Fire or explosion;
- Vessel or craft being stranded, grounded, sunk or capsized (sea freight only);
- Aircraft crashing or crash landing;
- Overturning or derailment of land conveyance;
- Collision or contact of vessel, craft or conveyance with any external object other than water.

- Water damage for non-containerised shipments on deck, other than jettison or washing overboard
- Terrorism
- Radioactive Contamination

- Cash, diamonds, specie, bullion, jewellery, watches and precious and/or semi-precious stones
- Bulk Cargo

- Helicopter engines unless removed and separately crated and secured
- Household Goods and Personal Effects packed inside Cargo
- Loss or damage proximately caused by climatic and/or atmospheric changes
- Water damage for non-containerised shipments on deck, other than jettison or washing overboard
- Delay
- Mechanical or Electrical Derangement
- Rust, oxidation, discolouration of second-hand Cargo
- Parts and/or accessories unless Cargo in a container
- Third Party Liability
- Terrorism
- Radioactive Contamination
- Sanctioned countries, cargo, persons, entities and/or imports/exports
